Episode Details

If you’re confused about where to start addressing your own health or you’ve tried all of the things and nothing has worked, I offer podcast listeners a free global health check in, where I’ll evaluate your physical, mental, and emotional health and provide useful resources to help you on your journey.

In this episode, you're going to learn how Irene discovered her celiac diagnosis and the symptoms she experienced, what going gluten-free did for her health and her family, how gluten affects more than just digestion, the challenges of maintaining a gluten-free lifestyle with kids, and how she started a business to help others enjoy gluten-free food.

Irene Ortiz-Colella is a mom and entrepreneur. In 2016, she and her family decided to move to a farm to embrace a healthier lifestyle. After her celiac disease diagnosis and given her holistic background, understanding the impact of food on health, she felt compelled to assist others in leading healthier lives. Discovering that her youngest daughter also has gluten sensitivity further motivated her to develop more delightful gluten-free products for her enjoyment. This was the inspiration and motivation for her company Three Farm Girls.
